Juice Bar
The Juice Bar is a great place to chat with the staff and meet other members. We offer a variety of healthy shakes and real fruit smoothie's custom-blended with all natural ingredients.
Try a Met-Rx shake before your workout for added energy. After your workout, a protein shake will help replace lost nutrients, or even serve as a meal replacement. We also have delicious meal replacement or snack bars in many flavors.
Relax with your favorite beer, or a glass of one of our fine wines, or a non-alcoholic beer.
Our snack and vending machines are located to the right of the main lobby area, near the playroom. We have coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water, soda, and snack foods in these machines for your convenience.
Jacuzzi
The beneficial effects of Spa bathing have been known for many years. Those who have had the pleasure of using the Jacuzzi Spa have discovered a rejuvenating and revitalizing experience. Come feel the blissfully relaxing effect of our coed Jacuzzi. Luxuriating in warm, bubbling water is an unrivaled way of unwinding and chasing away the stresses of daily life. Sauna
Bathing in the Sauna is all about bathing in dry heat. Relaxation is the keynote. As soon as you step into our sauna, the warmth opens the pores of the skin, creating a flow of perspiration, lifting out the grime of everyday life.

Tanning
Our tanning beds meet the highest safety standards set by the tanning industry. Work safely on your tan by following a few simple guidelines:
- Build up slowly. Don't try to get a deep tan in just a few sessions.
- Always wear eye protection.
- Don't tan more than once a day. A few sessions a week should help you meet your goals.
