We'll provide you with a quick and easy fitness assesment to help you get started safely and effectively. Next we design a custom fitness plan to help you reach your personal goals. Don't worry; you won't go it alone! We're here every step of the way on your fitness journey! 

 

PILATES REFORMER SESSIONS

We provide a FREE 20 minute demonstration on the Reformer. Simply call to make an appointment! Get leaner, stronger, more flexible and improve your posture in our Private Stott Pilates Studio. Work one-on-one, in a duet or in a group session. There are many affordable options. Our group classes meet twice a week for four weeks and cost just $129 for the session - that's just $16 per class! (Add $50 for Non-Members)

Calling all recruits for BOOT CAMP!

Sign up  for this 4 week program of fun, outdoor training!  We meet at the Old Townhouse Park in South Yarmouth.  This program is guaranteed to get results! 
Mondays 6:30pm, Fridays 5:30pm, Saturdays 11am
Minimum of 3, Maximum of 6 participants. Register in advance.
Fee: $48 (just $12 per class)
