Our certified personal trainers will show you how to use the 14 piece Nautilus Circuit in these fun & informative group sessions. Classes limited to just 4 persons so you get plenty of personal attention. You will learn how to strengthen every muscle group in the body, safely & effectively. Classes open to new members and/or members just needing a refresher course. Please register in advance by calling the fitness center.

PILATES REFORMER & TOWER STUDIO
We provide a FREE 20 minute demonstration on the Reformer. Simply call to make an appointment! Get leaner, stronger, more flexible and improve your posture in our Private Stott Pilates Studio. Work one-on-one, in a duet or in a group session. There are many affordable options. Our group classes meet twice a week for four weeks.
