Our certified personal trainers will show you how to use the 14 piece Nautilus Circuit in these fun & informative group sessions. Classes limited to just 4 persons so you get plenty of personal attention. You will learn how to strengthen every muscle group in the body, safely & effectively. Please register in advance by calling the fitness center.
